“नराकास” का गठन
राजभाषा विभाग, गृहमंत्रालय के दिनांक 22.11.1976 के का.ज्ञा.सं. 1/14011/12/76-रा.भा.(का-1) के अनुसार देश के उन सभी नगरों में जहां केंद्रीय सरकार के 10 या इससे अधिक कार्यालय हों, नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समितियों का गठन किया जा सकता है।
समिति का गठन राजभाषा विभाग के क्षेत्रीय कार्यान्वयन कार्यालयों से प्राप्त प्रस्तावों के आधार पर भारत सरकार के सचिव (राजभाषा) की अनुमति से किया जाता है।
Formation of NARAKAS
As per the Office Memorandum No. 1/14011/12/76-Ra.Bha. (Ka-1) dated 22.11.1976 issued by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Town Official Language Implementation Committees (NARAKAS) may be constituted in all towns where there are ten or more offices of the Central Government.
A committee is constituted with the approval of the Secretary, Department of Official Language, Government of India, on the basis of proposals received from the Regional Implementation Offices of the Department of Official Language.
उद्देश्य
केंद्रीय सरकार के देश भर में फैले हुए कार्यालयों/उपक्रमों/बैंकों आदि में राजभाषा के प्रगामी प्रयोग को बढ़ावा देने और राजभाषा नीति के कार्यान्वयन के मार्ग में आ रही कठिनाइयों को दूर करने के लिए एक संयुक्त मंच की आवश्यकता महसूस की गई ताकि वे मिल बैठकर सभी कार्यालय/उपक्रम/बैंक आदि चर्चा कर सकें।
फलत: नगर राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समितियों के गठन का निर्णय लिया गया। इन समितियों के गठन का प्रमुख उद्देश्य केंद्रीय सरकार के कार्यालयों/उपक्रमों/ बैंकों आदि में राजभाषा नीति के कार्यान्वयन की समीक्षा करना, इसे बढ़ावा देना और इसके मार्ग में आई कठिनाइयों को दूर करना है।
Objectives
A need was felt for a common platform for the offices, undertakings, banks and other organizations of the Central Government spread across the country, so that they could discuss together the promotion of the progressive use of the Official Language and the difficulties faced in the implementation of the Official Language Policy.
Consequently, it was decided to constitute Town Official Language Implementation Committees. The primary objective of these committees is to review and promote the implementation of the Official Language Policy in the offices, undertakings, banks and other organizations of the Central Government and to resolve the difficulties encountered in its implementation.
मुख्य उद्देश्य
राजभाषा नीति के प्रभावी कार्यान्वयन को बढ़ावा देना, उसकी समीक्षा करना तथा कार्यान्वयन में आने वाली कठिनाइयों का समाधान करना।
Key Objective
To promote and review the effective implementation of the Official Language Policy and address the difficulties encountered in its implementation.
