About the Bureau
A premier institution dedicated to translation, language development and translation training.
Established on 1 March 1971, the Central Translation Bureau functions under the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs.
It provides professional translation services, conducts translation training programmes, develops translation resources and assists Ministries and Departments in implementing the Official Language Policy.
